Payment

Florabelle accepts payment by cheque, cash, EFT (electronic funds transfer over the internet), direct deposit and by Visa and Mastercard. A 3% surcharge applies to payment by American Express.

Freight

Florabelle uses a large, reputable and very dependable courier service, with the cost of freight dependent on weight, order volume and destination. Our policy is to charge our customer the same cost for freight that we are charged by the courier. If requested, Florabelle would be happy to use a customer’s own choice of courier. Simply provide the freight company name, phone number and your account number.
