The cushions filled with 30% Duck feather and 70% EPE foam. The high-density foam has been tested to meet Certi-PUR requirements, complies with VOC testing under the EU RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863, and can meet the CA117 flammability standard. The product and all its materials are free from PFAS, PFOS, and PFTE. Formaldehyde testing has been completed for all wood and glue components. All fabrics used in the product are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 compliant.

Return Policy
- No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
- Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
- Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
- For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.
- Please note: Due to differences in screen displays and lighting conditions, the colours of our products may appear slightly different in person. While we strive to represent our items as accurately as possible, some variation may occur. We are always happy to assist and accommodate where we can; however, please understand that such variations do not constitute a fault or grounds for return under our policy
