Description
Handcrafted GFRC structures are made from glass fiber reinforced concrete. The hand-applied microcement finish gives the surface an elegant and natural appearance. It is an extremely durable material, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and significantly lighter in weight than natural stone or traditional concrete. It is important to understand how the material responds to weather conditions, long-term exposure, and what normal weathering looks like. These products may show irregularities and subtle variations in color, texture, and porosity. Such variations are part of the handcrafted character and make each piece unique without compromising performance. GFRC microcement products still require regular maintenance and cleaning to preserve their appearance. CARE & MAINTENANCE Clean with a non-bleach liquid dish detergent or a mild soap-and-water solution, using a soft-bristle brush and gentle strokes to protect the sealant. Spot clean with a damp cloth or a soft brush. For added protection, we recommend applying carnauba wax (such as Trewax® Clear Paste Wax) every 2–5 months. • Lightly dampen a sponge or a soft cotton cloth with water and wring it out thoroughly. • Apply a thin layer of wax in circular motions, working in small sections. • Immediately remove excess wax with a dry cloth, buffing in circular motions to work the wax into the material. • Continue section by section, overlapping slightly with the previous area.

Return Policy
- No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
- Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
- Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
- For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.
