What You Need for a Successful Pick-Up:

Pick-Up Reference Number (Florabelle Shipment Number): This is essential to avoid delays. Without it, we may need extra time to locate your order, which can make the experience less enjoyable for everyone.

Order Confirmation: Please ensure that your payment has been fully processed before arriving for pick-up. Orders placed in the showroom may not be immediately available for collection if they’re still awaiting payment clearance. For a seamless experience, make sure your payment is confirmed and your order is ready for release.

Vehicle Suitability: Please arrive in a vehicle that is appropriately sized to fit your items. While we do our best to help load products into customers' vehicles every day, a properly-sized vehicle can save time and ensure a smoother experience.

Fitting & Returns Policy: If we need to remove packaging or adjust the stock to fit it into your vehicle, please note that this voids the return policy for that item.
