Orders placed in the showroom may not be immediately available for collection if they’re still awaiting payment clearance.

- Pick-Up Reference Number (Florabelle Shipment Number) - Order Confirmation

ARRIVE IN A VEHICLE THAT IS APPROPRIATELY SIZED TO FIT YOUR ITEMS.

While we do our best to help load products into customers’ vehicles, a properly-sized vehicle can save time and ensure a smoother experience. If we need to remove packaging or adjust the stock to fit it into your vehicle, please note that this voids the return policy for that item.
