Francis is sleek wall light with adjustable arm to allow you to customize the direction of the light you wish. The cone clear glass shade is eye-catching with one interlocking feature on the arm to adjust the angle of the lamp. Francis wall lamp can also be installed on the ceiling with the light pointing up and down. We recommend Francis wall lamp to be installed with Gadsden hanging lamp as they are the same look glass shade and both fittings are made from brass. ADDITIONAL FEATURES • Standard Australian domestic fitting • It can be wall or ceiling mounted in a fixed position but the glass lamp shade can rotate • Lamp holder takes a standard E27 light bulb at 40 watt max Please note that most glass components are handmade and therefore small air bubbles, slight defects and colour variations may naturally occur during the glassblowing process. Return Policy
- No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
- Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
- Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
- For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.
