You will need an M6 x 48 mm zinc-plated hanger bolt for installation. It is important to note that once you have pre-drilled the hole in the wall or inserted the wall plug, you must ensure it is the correct size for the screw. If the fit is too tight, turning the resin hook under excess pressure may cause the resin to crack and the inserted nut to loosen, so customers need to be very mindful of this during installation. • Damaged in Transit: Please provide images and a brief description for assessment of a replacement or credit. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a second replacement if the item is likely to be damaged again. In such cases, a credit note or an alternative product with a different courier will be offered.
