From the ground up the Marco has been engineered to withstand the rigours of the Australian climate, featuring an aluminium frame with hand-woven UV stabilised outdoor wicker with cushions upholstered in high-performance water-repellent outdoor fabric. The classic contours are designed for enhanced comfort, providing gentle support for arms and backs. CARE We recommend the use of an outdoor furniture cover when not in use for extended periods. Not only will it protect your furniture but will also reduce the amount of maintenance to keep it looking better for longer. Fallen plant debris and dirt, if left, can permanently stain the fabric and weaken the fibres. For marks or stains, spot wash briskly with lukewarm solution of liquid soap and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove soap and then let air-dry. If spot remains, use a mild detergent and water. Cushions should not be left outside for extended periods or in the rain. Furniture left on damp ground or in pooled water will reduce the life of the frame.

• Change of Mind - No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
• For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.
• Damaged in Transit: Please provide images and a brief description for assessment of a replacement or credit. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a second replacement if the item is likely to be damaged again. In such cases, a credit note or an alternative product with a different courier will be offered.
• Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting on your desktop or tablet. These variations are not considered faults and are not grounds for return under our policy.
