Experience durability and style with our metal-framed outdoor furniture, meticulously crafted with an anti-rust pre-treatment and double powder coating for optimal protection against the harsh Australian elements. Ideal for solid surfaces like concrete or decks, these items are designed for outdoor and under-cover use, cushions are finished in outdoor fabric covers however it is recommended to bring cushions indoors when not in use to preserve their quality and avoid fading or mould issues. In coastal areas, the rusting process may progress more rapidly due to salt air and extreme UV levels. CARE Dust or clean the surfaces regularly to avoid build-up of pollutants, which may cause the surface to rust. Do not use harsh abrasives to clean any metal surfaces. Clean with fresh, soapy water at least 3 monthly or more as necessary and dry thoroughly after cleaning. * The treated steel frame can eventually rust, and should be kept as dry as possible to improve it’s lifespan. If surface rust appears it should be polished off to avoid it spreading. The time it takes for rust to appear will vary depending on it’s exposure to the elements, how often it’s cleaned and proximity to coastal conditions. Cushions should not be left outside for extended periods or in the rain.Furniture left on damp ground or in pooled water will reduce the life of the frame.

- Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
- Change of Mind - No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
- For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.
- Damaged in Transit: Please provide images and a brief description for assessment of a replacement or credit. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a second replacement if the item is likely to be damaged again. In such cases, a credit note or an alternative product with a different courier will be offered.
- Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting on your desktop or tablet. These variations are not considered faults and are not grounds for return under our policy.
